- Senyou's 20-person R&D team brings together mechanical engineers proficient in Pro-E and SolidWorks, as well as software and electrical engineers skilled in PLC, HMI, VB, and VC++ development. With extensive experience in non-standard equipment design, the team independently developed the RZT-500 and RZT-600 automated wet-pressed production lines — integrating pulping, wet-press forming, and hot-press shaping into a single, continuous process under EtherCAT industrial control architecture.
- The team also provides comprehensive solutions from design and development through to system integration, covering wet-press automation processes, mold design and fabrication, and precision measurement — ensuring a seamless match between molds and equipment for every project.
